CANCELLATION POLICY: Written cancellations must be received by the AAPS Meetings Department prior to May 10, 2022, in order to receive a full refund of Meeting Registration Fees, less a $100 processing fee (no refunds will be issued for registrations under $100). Cancellations received after this date will not be accepted.

COVID-19 REGISTRATION AGREEMENT: By registering for this event, you accept and agree to the following:
• There is an inherent risk of contracting COVID-19 during the meeting. All attendees will attend at their own risk.
• All meetings and events are subject to change and/or cancellation.
• AAPS reserves the right to implement COVID-19 safety protocols for meeting attendees including, but not limited to, face masking, social distancing, testing, and screening. All attendees will be required to follow AAPS COVID-19 safety protocols.

CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES: Registration and attendance at our meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAPS's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
